Basi Insurance Services, a division of Hub International Insurance Services Inc., has provided insurance solutions to individuals, groups, and businesses throughout Northern and Central California for decades. Through the years, our agency has maintained its success by putting clients first.

Randy Basi earned his license in 1988, and, in 1991, moved to Oakdale as part of a two-man team meeting the insurance needs of residents there and in surrounding areas. When his partner, Don Osbourne, retired, Randy purchased his book of business and eventually expanded to the existing location at 1491 East G Street in Oakdale. In 2010, the purchase of McKinley, Sausser & Mello Insurance allowed our agency to expand into the Manteca area with the current office at 1000 West Center Street.

The agents of Basi Insurance are trained to offer an honest and proactive approach to insurance education. Their first priority is not gaining new business but maintaining the relationships they have fostered with existing clients. That’s why our agents are willing to meet clients in the office or at a location of the client’s choosing – whether that be at their homes or offices. It’s also why many of our clients have remained insured with us for years, even after moving out of the area, or even out of state.
