Our Kentucky-based team operates from seven regional offices, offering innovative risk management and insurance solutions for our clients. Peel & Holland was founded in Benton, Kentucky in 1924 by Dwight Peel to serve local families and farmers. Peel was joined by partner Woodrow Holland in the late 1940’s. R.C. Riley, joined the company in 1965 and led the agency’s significant expansion until his retirement in 2005. R.C. was instrumental in expanding Peel & Holland’s scope of services as well as its geographic reach. Serving as the president of the Independent Insurance Agents of America, R.C. helped lead the insurance industry to meet the changing and growing demand for sound risk management practices. In the 1990’s, Peel & Holland founded its Employee Benefits and Public Entity divisions. These strategic offerings rounded out the services that clients still receive today.
